ImageAs expected, Sprint has launched the Samsung Instinct S30.

The Instinct S30 features a large WQVGA touchscreen display, virtual QWERTY keyboard, Java support for games and applications, 2.0 megapixel camera, voice dialing, push email client, HTML and Opera Mini browsers, 1xEVDO packet data, music player, microSD slot, speakerphone and Bluetooth with stereo audio support.

The major changes to the S30 involve the smaller more rounded bodyshell, inclusion of Sprint Mobile Email Work, and the biggest change involving developers in newly opened Java APIs for filesystem access, PIM, and other functionality.

The phone is now available from Sprint for $229.99 after $220 instant rebate before an additional $100 mail-in rebate bringing the total to $129.99.
