SNL (Weakly) Parodies Weeaboo/Japanophile Fandom
Humberto SaabedraNBC’s Saturday Night Live took it upon itself to make an effort to make fun of the weeaboo/Japnophile set that has a ton of passion for Asian culture with little knowledge, but ends up stumbling hard, as they usually do thanks to their sub-par casting and writing. Judge for yourself, as I only made it a minute in before giving up. That it was slotted before their musical guest performance shows how poorly planned and written it actually was.
