Following on the announcement and release of the semi official Strike Shamantic Princesses: The Witches of the Sphinx (Volume 1) English-Japanese doujin authored by , the first review has been posted.

The review goes into detail regarding the book’s content and takes care to note a few quirks found in the book such as the combination English–Japanese typesetting in the manga portion as being too small and cost after shipping to the US is taken into account ($25 for a $10 book).

Tsurupeta also notes that there will be a second printing to fix translation errata, which is a rarity for self-published doujin in Japan regardless of success due to the nature of the publishing format.  The book is available for purchase via MangaPal and is suitable for all ages, but is best for fans of Strike Witches.
