Katsucon logoThere’s a Livejournal post making the rounds explaining the Katsucon 16 weather situation and how it affects those with hotel rooms and refund requests.

The convention is still scheduled for this weekend in Maryland despite the inclement weather expected tonight into Thursday (20-30″ of snow with accumulation).

While the convention staff is doing its best to reassure attendees that the convention will still go on, the blog post also goes into exhaustive detail regarding how transport and travel will be affected. Anyone reading that’s going to Katsucon would be well served by reading the post.
