image Crunchyroll has announced that it has acquired the rights to simulcast Bleach from minority stakeholder TV Tokyo after holding a recent petition drive on the portal in order for fans to request the series for viewing on the service.

The simulcast will begin on June 8th with the latest arc currently running in Japan. The series is also currently being streamed by Viz Media via Hulu and its own Viz Anime portal, but only features episodes from those that are currently licensed in the US for sale and broadcast.

The simulcast will be available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

The episodes will be made available in high definition for Anime/All-Access members while episodes 266 to 273 and the latest simulcast episode 274 will be available to premium viewers on that date. On June 15th, episodes 266 to 274 will be free for all members, with the simulcast of episode 275 available to premium members. New episodes will be added at 2:30am PST every Tuesday onward.
