While the intended audience for Mukku+Gachapin is children, the specifications on the new netbook make this anything but a mere children’s toy with an 8.9 inch LED backlit wiidescreen display, Intel Atom processor, 1.3 megapixel webcam, memory card slot, 1Seg TV tuner, a choice of either a 120  or 160 GB hard drive preloaded with Windows XP, 1 GB of RAM and an ExpressCard expansion slot.

The netbook is up for sale exclusively at LaLaBitMarket for ¥79,800 or $872 US when factoring in the current exchange rate.
