Verizon to Support Nexus One in Spring

During the Android Press Event this morning, Google has confirmed that Verizon Wireless will indeed support a separate CDMA version of the Nexus One this Spring with Vodafone providing support in Europe.  Before the launch of the Verizon Nexus One, Google will offer the Motorola Droid as its placeholder.
