T-Mobile Dell Venue Pro Exclusive to Dell and Microsoft Stores

According to internal T-Mobile employee documentation, the long-awaited Dell Venue Pro Windows Phone 7 device will launch on November 8th as scheduled, but will not be available through any T-Mobile sales channels and instead launch through the seven Microsoft Stores around the country. The smartphone will then be launched through Dell’s online sales portal on November 15th, with full service and device support, while T-Mobile will be tasked to handle basic troubleshooting and network support.
