Following up on the launch of the BlackBerry Curve 3G, T-Mobile has announced a new promotion for families looking to add additional lines, but are wary of the additional line fees common with normal family plans.  Under the new Kids Are Free promotion, additional lines under a FamilyTime plan will have the monthly fee for each line waived until 2012, meaning savings of $120 per year per line of service.

To usher in the new offering, the carrier is also offering the Samsung Vibrant under a BOGO promotion whereby the first one is purchased at $199 and the second one is purchased for $50, with a $50 mail-in rebate on the second one making the phone free.
