Sprint Raises Administrative Fees Again, Extends ETF-Out

Humberto Saabedra

Sprint has once again raised internal administrative fees  from the original fee hike of ¢0.75 in December to an even higher rate of ¢0.99 per month, meaning that anyone that is under contract and does not wish to pay the increase may leave the carrier without paying termination fees.

The carrier has confirmed through various representatives that it is allowing customers to cancel service without an ETF if asked specifically about the rate hike. This extends the window from the original early January cutoff to January 31st.
