Sprint Airave Airvana

The FCC has revealed the forthcoming successor to the current Sprint Airave femtocell manufactured by Samsung for improved indoor reception. The current model, while adept at servicing voice calls, does not support EVDO data, whereas the successor which will be manufactured by Airvana will feature both EVDO data access and VoIP landline support via built-in pass through jack.

Sprint has not officially announced the new Airave model at this time.
