NICE BOAT! School Days to Stream on CrunchyRoll

ImageCrunchyRoll has announced that it will stream the slice of life romance School Days on the website in enhanced definition without video advertisements to Crunchyroll¹s Anime Members and will be available for free to the general public one week thereafter for regular members at a lower streaming quality.

The show was the subject of controversy when first aired due to its depiction of misogynistic violence in school caused by the main protagonist and its gruesome ending which was preempted due to a school violence incident in Japan.

Regional and age-based access restrictions may apply as the license will only cover a limited geographical area.  In related news, the series licensor in Marvelous Entertainment has announced (Japanese PDF) an agreement with the video site which includes its entire catalog under the audiovisual division.
