Considering the rumors swirling around the state of the distributor, it seems that Media Blasters CEO John Sirabella has had enough regarding the speculation, which has reached a fever pitch in recent weeks due to recent delays of some of their current releases as well as recent layoffs, leading to speculation that the company might shut down soon.

In comments made on the Horror Digital board, Sirabella plays with rumors posted by a recent member while confirming that the distributor’s warehouse will be open until August 30th and will be transitioning distribution operations to The RightStuf International. He also clarifies the total number of staff that the company had at 40 before layoffs announced this past June.

Regarding the assumed cancellation of one of its live-action titles in Biuo Omega, Sirabella also confirmed that the release has been rescheduled for October as the transfer has been received and the film is undergoing transfer for release on Blu-Ray, citing its first time dealing with PAL HD transfers.
