Following the FCC approval of the Samsung U820, the first details regarding technical specificaions have surfaced.

Unlike the predecessor U810 Renown, the U820 Reality is positioned below the U960 Rogue, a horizontal slider with a QWERTY keyboard, 3.0 inch 240×400 pixel TFT WQVGA resolution touchscreen display, HTML browser (suggesting that the minimum $10 data plan will be required) and a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash/video recorder. Additional features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, microSDHC memory card slot, Bluetooth with stereo audio support, Bing search and Verizon’s V CAST service.

Further information suggests a release later this month or by the first of April.
