ImageAccording to Manic About Manga, the noted manga publisher Aurora Publishing is close to going out of business and is offering its titles for as low as $4 per volume for all releases up to January of this year, and $8 for all releases from February onward in order to remain solvent.

Representative Elisa Tung is offering the above deals directly via her email address and she has expressed a lack of knowledge about the publisher’s direction until after Anime Expo.

Aurora Publishing is known for publishing josei and yaoi titles through the Aurora, Deux Press, and Luv Luv imprints with the company being a recent entrant into manga publishing. The company began US operations in 2007 as a subsidiary of Tokyo based Ohzora Publishing.
