AT&T Remedies HSPA Upload Issues After Deploying Network Fix

After first confirming software issues in its Alcatel-Lucent provided network hardware in certain markets this month, reports have begun to surface that have confirmed the fixes and the return of normal upload speeds in the 800-1000kbps range after suddenly being artificially limited to 100kbps due to the issue.
