unlimited-wireless-service-metropcs_1233787202618Following up on last weeks launch of MetroPCS coverage in Boston and New York City, MetroPCS has expanded native coverage in Texas to the city of Waco and surrounding suburbs.

New subscribers that add Unlimited Nationwide will also be able to take advantage of coverage in Cricket coverage areas around Temple, Killeen, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.

It should be emphasized that all new markets being launched are on the new AWS band and not the older PCS standard.  MetroFlash is not offered in AWS markets and MetroFlash enabled devices will not roam in AWS markets.
