T-Mobile has quietly opened up a registration portal for an unannounced HSPA+ compatible smart device. The page invites interested new or current customers to register for further information via email.  This follows previous statements made by T-Mobile executives confirming the forthcoming launch of an HSPA+ compatible smart device by the end of summer, with the Android-powered HTC Vanguard scheduled to launch on September 9th according to internal documentation
